These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from SharkNails, operated by MONROE GOODS. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

SharkNails is a trading name of MONROE GOODS, 12510 Deer Creek Dr, North Royalton, Ohio 44133, United States. Contact: support@sharknails.com.

2. Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, and not to copy or resell its content without our written permission.

3. Products, colours and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screens render colour differently, so the shade of a polish or press-on set may look slightly different from the photographs. A small variation in shade is not a defect and is not grounds for a faulty-item claim, though you may still return an unopened item under our Refund Policy.

Product availability can change without notice, and we may discontinue or modify a product at any time.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and may change at any time before you order. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.

Payment is taken when you place the order. If a price or product description is listed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order has been confirmed.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer, but the contract is formed only when we ship the order. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the payment is flagged as fraudulent, or the delivery address is one we cannot ship to. In every such case we refund you in full.

6. Safe use of nail products

Our products are cosmetics for external use on the nails only. To use them safely:

• Keep polish, glue and removers away from eyes, mouth and broken skin;
• Do not apply to nails that are infected, injured or inflamed;
• Patch test if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergic reactions;
• Use in a ventilated space and keep all products out of reach of children;
• Stop using the product and seek medical advice if irritation appears.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you have a nail or skin condition, talk to a healthcare professional before using our products.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, shipping costs and customs responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your return window, the items that can be returned and the refund timings are set out in our Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the SharkNails name, logo, product photography, text and page design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

9. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and use it in connection with the store. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Your statutory rights

These terms do not limit the rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies where you live. Where your local law gives you more protection than these terms, your local law applies.

12. Third-party links

This site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order. The date at the top shows the current version.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
