Using the products
01How long does the manicure last?
Press-ons last 1 to 3 weeks depending on the glue you use and how much you work with your hands. Gel polish holds up to 3 weeks under a lamp. Regular polish gives you 5 to 7 days with a top coat.
02Do I need a UV lamp?
Only for gel. Press-ons and regular polish cure in the air. If a product needs a lamp, it says so on the product page.
03How do I pick the right size?
Every press-on set comes with multiple sizes per finger. Match the tip to the widest part of your natural nail before gluing — if it sits between two sizes, go with the bigger one and file the sides.
Orders & delivery
04When will my order arrive?
Orders leave our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5 to 9 business days after that. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
05Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not shipped yet. Email us within a few hours of ordering and we will sort it out.
06What if a set arrives broken?
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we ship a replacement at no cost. No need to return the damaged one.
07Can I return something I have opened?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened polish or used press-ons, but if something arrived damaged or the colour is wrong, send us a photo and we replace it.
